Fitness is a big aspect of martial arts. Whilst your having fun and learning a new skill, you’re improving your fitness and flexibility!

Our classes are suited for all abilities with warm up and lessons plans adjusted for abilities; you’ll not be too unfit! 

Martial arts will help you gain strength, coordination, balance, flexibility, mental strength and improve physical fitness.
