There is no doubt that martial arts can help improve confidence. Not only do you gain the confidence to defend yourself, should the situation arise, but you’ll gain confidence in:

  • making friends
  • facing challenges
  • performing in-front of others
  • handling situations
  • ability to defend yourself

TJ TKD has seen numerous students start martial arts to combat bullying or fear of staying safe with every student having their own insecurities. It can be hard to express the change we have seen on these students, Mr Taylor included, and the benefit it has had on their lives.
